Hidden Ridge Resort's new Ridge View
We have some exciting news to share with our travel partners and our guests. Based on the success of the first phase of renovations at the Hidden Ridge Resort, we are now completing the second phase.
Guest Experience
What areas of the property will be affected by the renovation?
- The construction will be contained to one area of the property.
Will there be a lot of noise?
- There will be construction noise, but it will be limited to regular work hours.
What about the great outdoor BBQ areas?
- The outdoor barbecue facilities and Town shuttle service will continue to be available.
Are you offering any deals?
- Rates have been adjusted to reflect “Renovation Rates”.
Highlights
- brand new outdoor hot pool facility on the Ridge with panoramic views.

- removal of the A-Frame Chalets and studio units
- addition of new large condominium style units, similar to the Premier Loft units
- addition of 4 luxury suites with ridge views, and private outdoor hot tubs, perfect for honeymoons and special occasions
The overall atmosphere of the Hidden Ridge property and public areas will improve with enhanced landscaping, pathways, and new signage. Additionally, a large new underground parkade will help to alleviate the parking pressures that we experience during busy times.
Overview
The project began on April 21st and will proceed through the fall adn early winter. Our first priority is to minimize overall impact to our guests. Construction will take place only during regular work hours, and will be contained to one main area of the property. The outdoor bbq facilities, and Town shuttle service will be accessible for guests at all times during construction.
Festive Season Guests
By Christmas 2008, our brand new lobby building and hot tubs will be open for guest use, and most of the remaining renovation work will be taking place inside our new units. Between December 21, 2008 and January 4, 2009 there will be absolutely no construction and the Hidden Ridge property will be decorated in festive holiday style.
When can you enjoy this great new Ridge View?
The scheduled completion date for the renovation is February 9, 2009, but remember the new hot tubs and reception will be open for the festive season - just not the new units, landscaping will be completed in the Spring of 2009.
